The job

• As a senior strategic advisor, you are Stadim’s key strategic urban development specialist. You advise a broad variety of clients, going from city administrations and governments to project developers and investors. Your perspective and vision on sustainable infrastructure development in general, is what our clients are looking for. You regularly collaborate with various stakeholders such as study and engineering agencies, administrations and developers.
• You closely follow the evolutions in the real estate market, and you share your thoughts on market trends in market studies, supported by extensive data provided by Stadim.
• You are interested in digital innovations and solutions, and concerned with the digital future of the company.

Your qualifications

You have 5 years of experience in urban development, the real estate or the property development industry. You like to combine following aspects:

• Tendering
• Financial advisory
• Private Public Collaborations concerning urban and infrastructure developments
• Research on developments in the real estate market and its policy in general
• Mobility
• Sustainability

You hold a master’s degree (with preference) in economics or engineering with a feeling for economics. You are fluent in Dutch, French and/or English, but we are convinced that language should not be a barrier. You are a strong communicator and you like to work autonomously, keeping in mind the team focus, and you are a hands-on entrepreneur.
