Analytics Engineer StadimData

StadimData was founded with the aim to develop innovative, digital real estate solutions based on our own data, open data, AI/Machine Learning models and data visualisation tools that support our clients throughout the real estate life cycle. Our rapidly expanding team is composed of front-end and back-end developers, functional analysts, data engineers, data scientists and BI experts working in close collaboration with Stadim’s valuation experts.

The Job: 

As an Analytics Engineer at StadimData, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, design and implement data solutions, and contribute to the development of analytics platforms. If you have a passion for analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. 
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. 
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement models and algorithms into production systems. 
• Create and optimize SQL queries and python code for data extraction and analysis. 
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics. 
• Conduct data quality assurance and ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets. 
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics and data engineering. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. 
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. 
• Experience with DBT and Databricks is a plus. 
• Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure). 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. 

Our offices

• Antwerp - Our wide viewed open space is located in the heart of Antwerp, easily accessible and very contemporary. This is the main work location for the StadimData team.
• Brussels – Our very nice office on the Tour and Taxis site is the perfect spot to connect with the dynamic Brussels property world. This location provides us growth possibilities to further expand our team and explore more opportunities in Brussels and the Walloon region.
