The job

• You support the team with ESG business development efforts in the professional real estate market.
• You support in the investment analysis and valuation of solar panels, EV chargers, wind turbines,…
• You interact closely with preferred partners (a.o. engineering firms) to ensure technical due diligences, certifications, energy audits in line with client needs. You interpret and translate the data and findings into ESG roadmaps and investment analysis to support and facilitate client decision making on asset and portfolio level.
• You advise real estate companies in defining their ESG strategy, setting relevant KPIs and preparing regulatory reporting related to their real estate (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR).
• You contribute to internal projects with the aim to further structurally integrate ESG into the valuation process across different types of real estate and the development of digital tools.
• You actively follow up sustainability regulations and legislation (e.g. mandatory renovations, regulatory reporting,…) and translate these requirements into practical guidance for clients and into useful inputs for our real estate valuation and advisory assignments.
• You contribute to market research and provide trainings on ESG in real estate (Stadim Academy)

Your qualifications

• You have a passion for sustainability and real estate
• You are a highly organized team player with great interpersonal skills and growth mindset
• You are a strong communicator, able to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders and you love to share knowledge
• You are a critical thinker with focus on innovation and creative problem solving
• You are familiar with agile way of working and have affinity with data
• You hold a master’s degree (applied economics, civil engineering,…)
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.

• Antwerp - Our wide viewed open space is located in the heart of Antwerp, easily accessible and very contemporary.
• Brussels – Our very nice office on the Tour and Taxis site is the perfect spot to connect with the dynamic Brussels property world. This location provides us growth possibilities to further expand our team and explore more opportunities in Brussels and the Walloon region.
