The job

• You support the team in further developing Stadim’s sustainable finance market offering and you actively contribute to our business development efforts in the professional real estate market.
• You grasp our clients’ needs in terms of integrating sustainability into processes and decision making related to their real estate portfolio and you help them to set and define their ESG strategy and relevant KPIs.
• You advise our clients in preparing regulatory reporting related to their real estate (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR).
• You contribute to internal projects with the aim to further structurally integrate ESG into the valuation methodology and processes across different types of real estate.
• You are the product owner for data science projects and software implementations related to the ‘economics’ of sustainability, e.g. what-if/scenario analysis on asset and portfolio level. You support the internal business adoption of the newly developed software as well as the external go-to-market.
• You interact with external partners (engineering firms) who perform technical due diligence and energy audits for our clients. You interpret and translate the data and findings into relevant information to support and facilitate client decision making on asset and portfolio level.
• You actively follow up ESG regulation (e.g. mandatory renovations, regulatory reporting,…) and translate these requirements into practical guidance for clients and into useful inputs for our real estate valuation and advisory assignments.    
• You contribute to market research and provide trainings on ESG in real estate (Stadim Academy)

Your qualifications

• You have a passion for sustainability and real estate
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate and/or advisory services with a focus on sustainability or energy. Deep understanding of at least one of following topics is considered a plus:
  - EU regulations (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR)

• You are a highly organized team player with great interpersonal skills and growth mindset
• You are a strong communicator, able to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders and you love to share knowledge
• You are a critical thinker with focus on innovation and creative problem solving
• You are familiar with agile way of working and have affinity with data & IT
• You hold a master’s degree
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and/or French.
