The job

• As a Valuer-Advisor, amongst other responsibilities, you appraise the value of assets, working on all types of real estate (logistics, offices, retail, residential, leisure, healthcare...). You provide strategic advice on potential real estate projects. 
• You guide our clients in the valuation of their current, potential and future real estate portfolio, while considering a variety of economic parameters and objective points of comparison. You explore the strategic and economic impact of new features and trends such as ESG. 
• You are in contact with our diverse portfolio of clients and will be Stadim’s ambassador. Our customers are a mix of national and international investors, public and private companies, banks and insurance companies. When assessing their real estate portfolio, you often conduct field visits to their properties. 

Your Profile

• You have a strong interest in valuations, strategic analysis and the real estate sector.
• You are able to analyse data and information to generate insights and support decision-making.
• You speak and understand Dutch and/or French fluently, and you have a good command of English as you frequently interact with clients and colleagues.
• You can read and write professionally in Dutch and/or French, and you are also able to work confidently in English when preparing written documents such as reports, valuations and analyses.
• You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, engineering or real estate, or you have acquired equivalent knowledge/experience through relevant projects and work experience.
• You enjoy working independently within a team-oriented environment.
• You work accurately, ethically and professionally.
• You are well-organised, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a growth mindset.
• You communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders and enjoy sharing knowledge.
• You take initiative, anticipate challenges and think with a long-term perspective.
• You are critical, innovation-driven and creative when solving problems.
• You thrive in an agile working environment and feel comfortable working with data.

• Antwerp – Our modern office is located at Mechelsesteenweg 180, in the heart of the city, featuring an open workspace and wide views. It is easily accessible by public transport: tram stops Gounod and Harmonie are nearby, there is a Velo bike station right outside, and Antwerp-Berchem Station is a 30-minute walk away.
• Brussels – On the Tour & Taxis site in Brussels, we work from a modern office that connects us perfectly to the rapidly evolving Brussels real estate market. The location offers room for growth, allowing us to expand our team and explore new opportunities in Brussels and Wallonia. Brussels-North Station is just a 15-minute walk away.
