• We are recognized by Vlabel (Flemish Taxation Service) for the purpose of estate planning and inheritance.
• We comply with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  
• We are recognized surveyors with LAN number 141608.
• We are members of a European alliance of leading valuation consultancies with RICS accreditation. Stadim works with ten other leading valuation services in other countries under the name European Valuers’ Alliance (EVA) to provide property valuations in 15 different countries.
