Kotkompas 2026

The sixth edition of the Kotkompas confirms that the Belgian student housing market is diverging increasingly at the city level. While Brussels and Ghent continue to face structural shortages, cities such as Kortrijk and Namur are showing signs of stabilisation or mild oversupply.
