The job

During your internship, you'll be part of the valuation team and get the chance to gain hands-on experience in the real estate sector. What can you expect? A mix of analytical work, site visits, and teamwork. More specifically, you will:

  • Help prepare valuation files
  • Take building measurements and review floor plans
  • Conduct site visits of residential, office or retail properties
  • Write reports based on your field observations
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing and finalising valuation reports
  • Prepare valuation estimates and calculations
  • Update existing valuations

What do we expect from you?

  • You are in the final year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, economics, real estate, …)
  • You are highly motivated and a reliable team player with a hands-on mindset
  • You speak fluent Dutch and/or French and have a good command of English
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • You have strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
  • You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
  • You’re not afraid to ask questions and are eager to learn

  • Brussels – Our very nice office on the Tour and Taxis site is the perfect spot to connect with the dynamic Brussels property world. This location provides us growth possibilities to further expand our team and explore more opportunities in Brussels and the Walloon region.
